Andreas Marcou Architects is a Nicosia-based architecture and design studio working across Cyprus on contemporary residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. From private villas and apartment buildings to offices, interiors and large-scale urban interventions, every commission is approached with clarity and precision. We design spaces that respond to their site, climate and the people who use them, balancing function, light and material to create architecture with a strong, lasting identity.
Our work spans the full journey of a building — from the first concept sketches and planning permissions through to detailed design, interior architecture and on-site project direction. Whether shaping a family home, a workplace or a public space, we bring the same care to proportion, detail and craftsmanship, delivering refined Mediterranean architecture rooted in its Cypriot context.
Based in Nicosia, we work with clients throughout Cyprus — from Limassol and Larnaca to Paphos and the surrounding regions. Material Sensitivity
